Over a decade of experience in the global fitness industry, Ranil has a sound academic background with a Diploma in Fitness and Nutrition Plus certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) , American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM),International Sports Science Association(ISSA), National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM)-(USA) , Performance Training solutions ( UK) in Personal Training. Group fitness , Fitness Therapy, Sports Conditioning, Performance Enhancement and corrective exercises , also he is a member of American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning association (NSCA) and International Dance and exercise association (IDEA) -USA . Having trained many years with many respected international fitness experts, he has gained much valuable knowledge in the art of fitness. Authoring many articles, to leading news papers, and magazines in Sri Lanka, providing fitness E-newsletters worldwide, conducting lectures and workshops for sports bodies, and organizations etc. To date he has offered his services to fitness seekers from countries as diverse as USA, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, India, Denmark, Australia. France, Trained people as young as 9yrs of age to seniors citizen, Olympic / international level athletes apart form the general population.


Anthony Perera
Senior Trainer

With over decade of fitness experience and Karate Training , Anthony also has experience in group fitness training. Amongst his many achievements he is also a Black belt holder in Kyo Ku Shin Kai and has competed in various International tournaments over the years. He will guild clients to High intensity training in safe setting.







Lakshan Perera
Trainer

With 4 years experience in fitness industry as a trainer in Leading fitness centers in Sri Lanka, also represented Sri Lanka Under 19 Soccer, also participated in college level rugby and boxing. Very dedicated and attention to details its joy to workout with him . He’s continuing is fitness education to serve you better. Hobbies : Fitness Training , Beach Running , Mountain climbing.
